The
Membership Manager plays a key role in supporting the Director of Golf and Head
of Resort Sales by overseeing all aspects of both corporate and individual
memberships. As the primary point of contact for members, this role ensures a
seamless and engaging membership experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main liaison for all membership-related enquiries and
communications
* Manage the full member lifecycle, including onboarding new
members, handling renewals, and addressing ongoing member needs
* Collaborate with the Bookings & Reservations Team to
coordinate member-related bookings and support service delivery
* Quote for a variety of golf events, ensuring a high standard of
organisation
* Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting on
membership activity
* Uphold the highest standards of customer service, contributing to
overall member satisfaction and retention
