Your Mission in the First 6 Months
* Take full operational control of the company.
* Build a stable, reliable team and recruitment pipeline.
* Implement simple, repeatable systems for scheduling, payroll, and communication.
* Standardise onboarding, training, and compliance.
* Free the owner from day-to-day operations.
