We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to deliver impactful learning initiatives that support our organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will: Execute comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences. Facilitate workshops and programmes that create high-quality learning experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning programmes align with business needs and achieve desired outcomes. utilise your understanding of DSAT methodology to design and implement effective learning solutions. Support the design team in creating new learning content that addresses identified skill gaps. Manage the scheduling and delivery of workshops, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously evolve content based on feedback and business needs. Communicate learning initiatives effectively to stakeholders and promote engagement across the organisation. Essential Skills and Experience: To thrive in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a commercial Learning and Development function. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to adapt delivery methods to suit various learning styles. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in content writing and resource planning. Familiarity with digital resource delivery and best practises in Learning and Development. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Additional Requirements: BPSS Clearance is required. (Can be provided) Previous line management experience is desired but not essential.
