Reports to:Head of Marketing
Responsible for:
Leading the coordination and delivery of offline marketing projects, including brochure production, product imagery, design tool updates, and marketing support materials. This role manages creative agencies and collaborates with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of product launches and brand assets.
Objectives:
·Deliver two brochure launches per year for both consumer and retailer audiences
·Support product launch campaigns, coordinating assets, timelines, and cross-functional input
·Build and maintain a bank of high-quality CGI lifestyle imagery
·Manage brochure-related budget and stock efficiently
·Maintain and update CAD platforms and price lists
·Provide internal and customer-facing support for marketing tools
Job Challenge:
To manage the end-to-end production of high-quality brochures and marketing tools that support product launches and customer engagement. This includes coordinating content from multiple departments, managing creative agencies, ensuring accuracy across technical product details, and aligning delivery with tight deadlines. The role also involves owning tools like CAD platforms and imagery libraries, ensuring they are kept up to date and relevant in a fast-paced product environment.
Main tasks:
Brochures & Product Launches
* Project manage 2 new launches a year across multiple departments
* Lead the delivery of biannual brochure projects, including content planning, layout management, approvals, and production
* Support with campaign development of product launches, including copy, content planning and execution.
* Liaise with internal teams to gather information, imagery, and product data
* Manage design agencies
* Oversee CGI production in line with latest design trends and brand tone
* Track project milestones, version control, and sign-off processes
* Monitor budget and ensure efficient spend on print and design
* Manage brochure stock levels, forecasting, reordering, and distribution logistics
Customer Support Software
* Manage Tissino’s presence on customer facing tools, ensuring two annual catalogue launches are uploaded accurately and on time
* Explore new technology and innovations with software suppliers
* Train internally on systems to provide light-touch customer support, including troubleshooting, testing, or guidance
* Support the sales team as needed.
Other Responsibilities
* Manage and update product price lists as needed
* Research and report on industry trends to inform content, design, and product storytelling
* Support POS (point of sale) concept development for customers and showrooms
* Assist with or lead product photography shoots, ideally with hands-on photography skills
* Own and develop case studies from customer installations and collaborations
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes/Competency Required
Must:
·2+ years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role
·Experience managing suppliers, freelancers, or creative agencies
·Strong project and stakeholder management skills
·Excellent attention to detail and layout awareness
·Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and competing deadlines
·Confident communicator and collaborator
·Interest in interiors, bathroom design, or lifestyle branding
·Familiarity with tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva
Nice to have:
·Photography or image editing skills
·Experience in the KBB or interiors industry
·Understanding of technical marketing tools such as design software.
