This organisation is looking to employ a temporary Billing Administrator to provide immediate support to the general finance function whilst they integrate their latest acquisition.THE ROLEYou will be supporting the Finance Manager & the Credit Manager to ensure the credit cycle runs smoothly.
1. Full time, Monday-Friday, hybrid (Wed & Thurs in the Poole Office)
2. To start ASAP (ideally next Monday)
Responsibilities:
3. Monthly & Quarterly Billing to customers
90% of billing via main legal entity, with 10% of legacy billing through 2 smaller entities
4. Will be a mix of time-billed and/or new software licences and licence renewals etc.
5. Can be quiteplex billing from a statement of works & sales orders, to then raise invoices and follow the correct process as per each contract/statement of works.
6. Pushing issues/errors in SOW back to the sales team to resolve them to ensure correct invoices are going out first time
7. Supporting with the integration of their latest acquisition (they have support from them for a further 2 months before they need to be fully integrated).
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDTo succeed, you will need at least 2 years of experience working in a high volume billing, sales ledger and/or credit control focused role. You will need to befortable working as part of a team and be flexible to pitch in as and where needed to get the job done.
