What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the commercial insurance sector
* Develop new business – mainly through business referrals and enquiries
* Identify and act on business development opportunities to attract new clients
* Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to existing and prospective clients
* Present tailored insurance and risk management solutions to secure new business
* Understand clients’ operations, risks, and insurance needs
* Meet clients in person or via Teams to build strong, lasting relationships
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards, including Consumer Duty
What We’re Looking For
* Confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a background in commercial insurance
* Motivated by success and committed to delivering outstanding service
* Proven experience in commercial insurance – either as a Handler or Executive
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) – desirable
* Experience with Acturis – desirable
