Responsibilities
* The strategic development of Inclusive Learning across the group
* SEND and Supported Learning provision
* Entry Level and Level 1 curriculum pathways
* NEET and alternative provision programmes
* Community‑based and outreach learning opportunities
* Student wellbeing, engagement and progression initiatives
* Cross‑group SEND and inclusive practice development
* Relationships with local authorities, schools, employers and external partners
* Quality improvement, curriculum innovation and organisational growth
About You
* Significant leadership experience within education
* Strong understanding of SEND and Inclusive Learning provision
* Experience driving quality improvement and raising learner outcomes
* Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent partnership‑building and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic mindset coupled with strong operational delivery
* Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
