A leading, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy renowned for their high‑profile project portfolio and long‑term career progression, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions in Newcastle.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of an international consultancy but will be working within a close‑knit team of 10+ who enjoy a mixture of projects across the residential, office, hotel, and leisure sectors.
Day to day, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on projects of £15m+, taking them through from inception to completion with support of Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* MRICS is preferred
* Minimum of 6 years Quantity Surveying experience
* QS experience within a consultancy / cost management practice
* Good pre and post contract experience - comfortable taking ownership of projects
* Have worked on projects within the built environment, upwards of £15m.
