To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
2. Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Good organisational and planning skills
5. Understanding of a range of procedures and processes
6. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure
7. Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
8. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times
It would be great if you also have
9. Experience of reception role/customer care
10. Experience dealing with members of the public
11. Experience in a confidential work setting
12. Working knowledge of NHS systems
13. E.G. To assist with shortlisting
14. Ability to work in a busy office environment
15. Good keyboard skillls
16. Good organisational and planning skills

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in administration within Hunter Health Centre.
The working pattern for this role -
21. Monday to Thursday 12.30pm - 5.00pm
22. Friday 12.30pm - 4.30pm
