Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Looked After Children Location: Sandwell Rate: £33.30 Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Sandwell based within the Looked After Children team. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will work with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes, including discharging care orders and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR) and Pathway Plans. Additionally, you will complete Children and Family Assessments and engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies.
