Position: Medical Secretary
Location: Ealing, Greater London
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: From £30,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the practise.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar administrative role within healthcare.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software systems.
