You’ll have a strong focus on providing high standards of service to both external and internal customers.
Key Role Responsibilities
* Delivery of essential communications regarding team performance and review via PD board sessions and one‑to‑one discussion.
* Compliance with new employee inductions and training.
* Compliance with company SOMs and risk assessments.
* Working closely with the Compliance team to deliver the required standard of driver compliancy.
* The review, development and delivery of Despatcher training.
* Assignment of general daily duties to the Despatch team to ensure an on‑time network to the customer.
