Teaching Personnel is working with a new SEMH training centre in Leigh, supporting pupils aged 13–21, and is looking for a full-time HLTA to join the team.
Role Overview:
- Full-time only (Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30)
-Long-term opportunity with potential for temp-to-perm

- Pupils are described as engaging and responsive with the right support
You will be delivering pre-prepared sessions, supporting small groups and individual pupils, and working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
Recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Confident in managing behaviour and supporting SEMH learners
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to pupil development
Child and adult enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
