Im recruiting for an experienced MET Technician to join a busy, well-run bodyshop in Woolwich.
This is a rare opportunity to join a workshop where the owner is known for genuinely looking after the team, creating a supportive, respectful working environment where technicians are valued.

Responsibilities
* Remove and refit mechanical and electrical components during the repair process
* Carry out ADAS calibration work where qualified
* Diagnose mechanical issues related to collision damage
* Ensure all repairs are completed safely and to manufacturer standards
* Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to keep repairs progressing efficiently
Requirements
* Previous experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop environment
* Strong mechanical knowledge within accident repair
* ADAS calibration experience preferredLevel 3 MET qualification ideal
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high repair standards
Salary and Benefits
* £50,000 salary for MET technicians experienced in mechanical and ADAS
* £45,000 salary for technicians not yet fully qualified
* Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm
* No weekend work
* Overtime paid at 1.25x rate
* Supportive workshop culture with an owner who actively looks after staff
