Collections Advisor, Coleshill
Hours 9 5 pm (Monday Friday)
Salary range £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealing with a high volume of calls, letters, text messages and emails
Communicating with customers
Working with customers and business partners to secure payments
Ensuring all arrears are kept to a minimum
Understand the financial circumstances and requirements of the customer and work with the customer to identify a solution
Building rapport and strong relationships providing a quality-oriented, highly customer-focused service
COMPLIANCE, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Keep up to date with compliance regulation updates
Attend and/or complete any mandatory training courses stipulated by the Company
