Recruitment Consultants / Senior Recruitment Consultants - Industrial
Glasgow City Centre + Hybrid Working (min 2 days per week office based)

What will your role involve?
A 360 Recruitment professional, you will take responsibility for building and developing your desk within the Industrial, Warehousing and Manufacturing sectors
* Develop strong client relationships, understanding their individual hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, compliance, and onboarding.
* Source, meet and support Driving and Logistics candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
* Ensure all candidate compliance and documentation is up to date
* Maintain regular contact with both clients and candidates to ensure a quality service is consistently achieved
What are we looking for?
