Salary/Benefits: Salary is between £24,720 and £29,870 per annum DOE and Qualifications, 27 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, People’s pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.
Hours/Weeks: 37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 08.30 to 17.00 – Wednesday 09.30 to 18.30 and Friday 08.30 to 16.30

About The Role
We are currently seeking an Admissions Adviser to join our Customer Services department at The Bedford College Group.
As an Admissions Adviser, you play an important role in the success of our students through:
* Admissions Management – Oversee application processing, interviews, and offers in line with policy, ensuring accurate data and strong applicant conversion from application to enrolment.
* Applicant Engagement – Deliver a high-quality, personalised experience through proactive communication, event coordination, and relationship-building with curriculum teams.
* Information & Guidance – Provide accurate, impartial advice on courses and services across multiple channels, supporting applicants through every stage of their journey.
* Customer Service & Systems – Maintain high service standards, manage CRM and student records data, and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
* Team Contribution & Flexibility – Collaborate across departments, support recruitment events, and adapt to varying schedules and locations to ensure consistent service delivery.
About You
* Qualifications & Development – Holds Level 3 education with GCSEs in English and maths, evidence of ongoing professional development, and willingness to complete a Level 4 IAG qualification.
* Administrative & Advisory Experience – Proven background in administration and customer service, with experience advising diverse individuals across multiple communication channels.
* Communication & Technical Skills – Strong grammar, interpersonal and IT skills, with the ability to analyse data, learn new systems quickly, and communicate effectively with varied stakeholders.
* Professionalism & Collaboration – Highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented, with a professional appearance and the ability to build credibility and work well in teams.
* Safeguarding & Flexibility – Committed to safeguarding, equality, and diversity, with a flexible approach to work patterns and willingness to travel across campuses.
