Job Description
Due to a planned restructure, we seek to appoint for our retained client, a skilled and experienced Production Manager.\n\nYou will be an approachable, firm and fair Manager with a get things done attitude, coupled with great interpersonal skills to ensure your section of this established, succesful and specialist business meets its production targets and deadlines.\n\nYou will plan, organise, programme, and schedule jobs in your section, whilst also prioritising, reacting to changes and be confident making these decisions.\n\nThe key is to have experience working a people led manufacturing process environment, organising work flows, driving continuous improvement and production whilst working closely with the Manufacturing Lead.\n\nOther skills of interest are those who've had experience in part production / assembly of goods from other internal departments and completing the manufacturing process end of these.\n\nThose from a wood mill, textiles, saw mill, fabrics, furniture production or similar are of particular interest, but not entirely essential, we will sertiously consider applicants outside of these.\n\nIf you are a Production Manager that wants to champion success in a fast paced manufacturing environment and you already have the foundations and credentials to support this; with room to further your career, then this role is calling for you.\n\nPlease send your CV in the strictest confidence to us now a...
