THE ROLE

As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of B2B trade customers across construction, traffic management, utilities and industrial sectors.
Your focus will be to:

• Grow revenue

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Identify cross-sell opportunities

• Protect and improve margin

You'll be proactive with outbound calls, consistent with follow-up and organised in your CRM management - but you'll also have support from a team that wants you to succeed.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Growing your accounts steadily month-on-month

• Building strong, trusted customer relationships

• Converting quotations into consistent repeat business

• Maintaining organised, accurate CRM records

• Bringing positive energy and accountability to the wider team

• Contributing to overall sales growth and team success

ABOUT YOU

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers daily

• Naturally relationship-focused

• Organised and commercially aware

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Motivated to grow with the business

Experience in construction, hire, merchanting, industrial supply or PPE is beneficial but not essential. The right mindset matters most.
