As a key member of the classroom support team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience tailored to pupils’ individual needs. Your role will include supporting teaching staff with lesson delivery, helping to implement pupil-specific learning strategies, providing personal care if required, and helping to foster both independence and positive wellbeing in learners. Candidate Requirements: We are particularly interested in individuals who are passionate about SEN and building inclusive learning environments. We'd love to hear from you if: - You have experience working with children or young people with autism or complex needs (mainstream experience also welcomed) - You're a calm, patient and adaptable person with a flexible attitude towards the needs of individuals - You have good literacy and numeracy skills, and can communicate clearly and confidently - You’re motivated to learn, open to new approaches, and enthusiastic about working collaboratively as part of a team - You demonstrate strong professionalism and empathy in every situation Formal qualifications in SEN or related areas are desirable but not essential.
