Job Title: Financing Manager - Commercial Vehicles

About the Role
We are seeking a Financing Manager to lead sales financing initiatives for our commercial vehicle business (E-buses, E-coaches, and E-trucks) across the UK and Europe. This role will play a critical part in developing and executing innovative financing solutions that drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction and accelerate the transition to sustainable transport.
Key Responsibilities
Financing Solutions & Strategy (60%)
* Implement and optimize comprehensive sales financing programs for commercial vehicles
* Manage diverse financing products including but not limited to dealer financing, loans, leasing, and Fleet-as-a-Service electrification solutions offered to dealers and end customers
* Monitor financing program performance and make real-time adjustments based on market feedback and business needs
* Collaborate with sales, product, after-sales, and operations teams to align financing strategies with overall business objectives
* Collect competitive analysis of financing offerings in the European commercial vehicle market
* Organize Residual Value (RV) discussions and recommendations
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financing models
* Provide data-driven insights to support pricing and product positioning decisions
Partnership & Stakeholder Management (20%)
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions
* Negotiate financing terms and conditions with partner institutions
* Coordinate and deliver training programs for internal teams, dealers, and financial partners
* Act as the primary point of contact for financing-related inquiries from sales teams and external partners
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle financing, leasing, or related financial services
* OEM background or experience with Bank/Green Fund transportation projects, is strongly preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Strong understanding of commercial vehicle markets and residual value concepts
* Proven Ability to analyze business plans and financial models
* Hands-on experience with project financing and Fleet-as-a-Service models
* Experience working with banks, leasing companies, and diverse financial institutions
* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong plus
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill
* A collaborative team player
* Experience working in cross-functional and international team environments
