is a medium sized care home located in the community of Armley designed to support residents with dementia. With a Good CQC rating, we are only a 10-minute drive from Leeds City Centre. We are Winners of the 2023 LaingBuisson award for Excellence in Large Residential Care. Orchard Care Homes has been providing care for older people for over 15 years.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role
* The ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workload.
* Able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative to achieve goals.
* Solid literacy and numeracy skills.
* Experience of operating rostering and payroll systems.
* Experience of cash handling and record maintenance.
* General understanding of contracts and their importance in a regulated setting.
* A reliable and punctual team member
* Knowledge of HR processes (this is a significant advantage)
