Account Management Lead
📍 Location: Sheffield - Hybrid (or London - Remote)
Do you love building strong client relationships and helping teams deliver great results? We’re looking for an Account Management Lead to join our Customer Success Team at Airship/Toggle. You’ll manage a small team of Account Managers who nurture our hospitality clients — particularly our Plus and Expert accounts — ensuring smooth renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving long-term success.
This is a key role in our business, combining people management, client engagement, and commercial growth. You’ll be both hands‑on and strategic — coaching your team while strengthening relationships with our clients and representing Airship/Toggle at meetings and events.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Account Managers.
* Manage and support relationships with our Plus and Expert accounts.
* Oversee renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells across the client base.
* Attend client meetings and industry events, representing Airship/Toggle.
* Act as a trusted partner, helping clients get the most value from our products, including running training and strategy review sessions.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver great outcomes.
* Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
About You
You’re a confident, commercially aware leader or senior AM who thrives in a target‑driven environment. You’re great with people — both clients and your team — and love helping others succeed.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience in account management leadership.
* A strong track record of managing renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, results‑focused approach.
* Confidence in client meetings and at industry events.
* Experience in hospitality or hospitality tech is a strong plus.
