The Role We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join our growing team of 9, following a series of recent client wins. You’ll manage a portfolio of mid-sized clients in sectors including kitchens, clothing, finance, and travel. You’ll report directly to our Co-Founding Media Director, giving you visibility at a senior level and real influence from day one. We’re committed to promoting from within, and there’s huge scope for growth in this role - including building your own team, contributing to new business pitches, and helping us expand our industry presence. Responsibilities Be the day-to-day contact for paid social clients, delivering strategic, well-executed campaigns that meet KPIs Plan, build and manage campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok Apply best practices across account structures, bidding, creative, and measurement Mentor and develop an Account Executive Collaborate with other teams at DemandMore to deliver integrated campaigns Get involved in other parts of the business that interest you – we support initiative and curiosity Requirements You’ll likely have: 2.5 - 3.5 years’ experience in paid social, either at an agency or in-house, but ideally at a top independent performance media agency Exposure to retail, travel, or financial clients (preferred, not essential) Experience working in a larger organisation, with the drive to make a bigger impact in a smaller team Familiarity with Slack, Funnel, Looker Studio, and Google Suite You’ll bring: Strong client-facing and account management skills Excellent time and project management across multiple campaigns A data-driven mindset and strong communication skills Great attention to detail A desire to grow with the business and shape its future Experience of managing Account Executives What Success Looks Like Within 12 months, you’ll have: Built and led a small team of 2-3 people Taken part in pitching for new business Represented DemandMore at industry events Benefits Competitive salary Stock Options Program 25 days holiday Flexible & hybrid working (Tues-Thurs in-office) Monthly socials & Friday team events AXA Health Insurance Dental & Optical cash plan Employee Assistance Programme Discounted gym membership Free Pilates & yoga classes Season ticket loan & cycle to work scheme Enhanced maternity & paternity benefits Structured, industry-leading training Open, collaborative team culture
