Support Workers & Night Carers Wanted
Location: Thurston, Bury St Edmunds
Pay: Up to £14.60 per hour
(Double pay on Bank Holidays)
Must be a driver (with own vehicle)

Available Shifts
Night Carers
•Hours: 7:30 PM – 9:00 AM
•Schedule: 4 nights on / 4 nights off (2-week rotation)
•Note: Client's sister covers alternating two weeks once settled
Day Support Worker
•Every Sunday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
•Every Other Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
•Additional Hours: Cover absences + ad-hoc shifts as needed
Travel Reimbursement
About the Client
•Age: 69
•Conditions: Autism, learning disabilities
•Care Needs: Prompting only for personal care
•Personality: Friendly, enjoys routines, art classes, and drives
•Carer Preference: Male or female applicants welcome
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Must be 21+ years old
✔ Experience with learning disabilities/autism
✔ Kind, reliable, and passionate about care
✔ Good spoken English and communication
✔ Driver with own vehicle (required)
Paid Training Provided
•3-day induction training
•2–3 days of shadowing before starting independently
