Solicitor – Restructuring & Insolvency (Cheltenham)
A leading regional law firm with a strong national presence is seeking a Solicitor to join its market‑recognised Restructuring & Insolvency team in Cheltenham. The team works with insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, corporate clients and directors on high‑value and complex assignments, spanning both contentious and non‑contentious matters. This role offers the chance to support senior lawyers while also contributing across the wider R&I group.
You’ll advise on the full breadth of restructuring and insolvency work, including investigations, asset tracing, antecedent transactions, and both personal and corporate insolvency proceedings. You’ll play an active role in delivering accurate, commercially focused advice, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge, and supporting internal collaboration and business development. Applicants from R&I, dispute resolution, corporate or commercial backgrounds (NQ–3 PQE) are welcomed.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical and drafting skills, strong commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted client relationships. You should be proactive, ambitious and well‑organised, with a genuine interest in developing your expertise in a market‑leading insolvency practice.
