Role Overview
As an
Operations Graduate
within the Fixed Mills function, you will develop a strong foundation in operational management by building skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while leading and coordinating projects that drive improvements in safety, compliance, automation, and efficiency across our production and distribution sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop a strong understanding of Harbro, its products, services, and operations.
* Gain insight into the Fixed Mills function and its role in achieving company objectives.
* Provide day-to-day support to Fixed Mills teams as required.
* Acquire the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to work across multiple aspects of Fixed Mill operations.
* Use continuous improvement (CI) tools and techniques to propose and implement change initiatives in partnership with Site Managers and the Head of Fixed Mills.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation as well as with external partners.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives deliver measurable benefits.
* Support change management during project delivery, with guidance from CI/Project Managers or Site Managers.
* Contribute to communication planning for project rollouts.
* Collect, analyse, and report on operational data to inform decision-making.
