Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently seeking candidates for the position of a Buyer on behalf of Siemens Energy. This role operates Monday to Friday with the flexibility of working between the hours of 7am-6pm.

As a key member of our Direct Procurement team, you won’t just manage suppliers—you’ll help power the world.
In this dynamic position, you’ll work alongside a talented team of procurement professionals managing a diverse portfolio of suppliers across critical equipment categories. From initial supplier selection to on-time delivery of complex hardware, you’ll have full ownership of the purchase order lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

Ensure that hardware & services are delivered on time, to the right quality and within budget.

Proactively manage day to day supply chain issues
*
Drive performance improvement across the supply base
*
Leverage input & expertise from global commodity managers for local business requirements
*
Support the implementation and application of global Siemens Energy procurement tools & processes
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*
You should be qualified to degree level in a relevant technical or commercial subject or be studying for MCIPS qualification.

A minimum of 5 years experience in a project or engineering-based procurement environment
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Persistence, tenacity, ownership & problem-solving skills
*
SAP experience preferred
*
Willingness to travel
