To provide high-level confidential support to the Employee Directors in all aspects of their work and to contribute to the overall work of the department. To manage the secretariat functions of Board Committees, including planning, organizing, attending meetings, producing accurate minutes reflecting the discussions, taking forward action plans, and supporting committee members.
Experience
Applicants must have a relevant secretarial qualification at HND level or equivalent experience in an administrative or secretarial role. Demonstrable experience of undertaking committee-level work within the NHS or equivalent is required.
