Finance Manager to lead a Financial Accounting function at a well-established Further Education College
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week in the office)

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our Financial Accounting function at a well-established Further Education College.
The Role:
* Lead and support a team of three across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.
* Oversee and deliver robust month-end reporting.
* Manage statutory reporting and audit preparation to ensure compliance.
* Drive improvements in financial controls and processes.
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
* Is professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - or Qualified by Experience with strong financial accounting expertise.
* Has experience in the public sector or further education (preferred but not essential).
* Thrives in a leadership role, supporting and developing their team.
* Has excellent knowledge of financial reporting and audit preparation.
