The Role As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality home care services across your designated region. You will work closely with your branch teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, supporting staff development, and leading service improvements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure services are compliant with CQC standards and internal quality frameworks Provide leadership and support across your designated region Oversee and support recruitment, training, and supervision of branch staff Conduct assessments, create person-centred care plans, and ensure regular outcome-focused reviews Manage on-call duties and weekend cover (on a rotational basis) Drive performance and service growth in your region ? What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care (essential) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced care environment Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations Experience working with local authorities Exceptional organisational and leadership skills Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential) ??
