Salary: Circa £65,000
Location: Remote / Hybrid – UK
Our client, a leading global professional membership organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Membership Growth to lead the development of innovative, market-leading value propositions that strengthen and expand its worldwide member community.
This is a strategic role that will see you working collaboratively across functions — including Membership, Marketing, Digital, Insights and Customer Service — to evaluate, design and implement impactful membership offerings that deliver genuine value to professionals at every stage of their career.
You will lead the discovery and development of new and alternative membership models, informed by data, insight and best practice from within and beyond the professional body sector. Acting as project lead, you’ll ensure successful delivery of in-flight initiatives while identifying short-, medium- and long-term opportunities to enhance the member experience and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of new membership propositions aligned with the organisation’s strategic ambitions.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement and delivery excellence.
* Evaluate and benchmark best practices across global professional bodies.
* Provide strategic insight and leadership to enhance the member journey and experience.
* Oversee the successful delivery of membership-related projects and initiatives.
About You:
You’ll bring proven experience in developing and delivering customer or membership value propositions in a professional or membership organisation. You’re commercially astute, data-informed and highly collaborative — comfortable leading strategic initiatives that balance innovation with operational excellence.
Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. Experience of global membership engagement or market development would be advantageous.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of a respected professional body and its international community of members.
