Salary: £120,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Level 1 or deskside support role within a corporate or managed services environment
* Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
* Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and common end user applications
* Basic Active Directory experience
* Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Responsibilities:
* Provide first line deskside IT support to end users across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
* Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
* Install, configure, and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
* Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
* Carry out basic Active Directory tasks including password resets, account unlocks, and permissions
* Escalate more complex issues to second and third line teams when required
* Log, update, and close tickets accurately within the IT service management system
* Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times
