Job Description
To take full responsibility of departments within a designated account, ensuring operational efficiencies, service levels, people management and weekly targets are met in line with the service level agreement. The role includes delivering continuous improvement opportunities across the departments systems and processes. In addition, maintaining and developing customer relationship and internal relationships with other departments across the site. Supporting the Implementation of company standards across the site.
Shift pattern subject to change pending the outcome of the consultation process
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Deliver employee engagement amongst the workforce and develop action plans accordingly in conjunction with CM
2. Monitor compliance to Noatum Policies & Procedures, cascading new policies as launched
3. Develop strong working relationship with colleagues through daily contact and regular meetings
4. Deliver all forms of communication including briefs, management meetings, visual aids and performance boards
5. Deliver continuous performance management of the operational team, through 121 meetings & performance reviews
6. Develop a close working relationship with the internal stakeholders, delivering customer expectations in line with costs, service levels, measured by internal reporting and customer feedback
