Management Accountant | North Kent | Up to £55k DOE + Bonus
We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing business. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decisions, and driving operational performance. The business are on an impressive growth trajectory and you would be joining them at a time to play a pivotal role in this journey.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) promptly.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain internal controls and oversee audits.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and working capital.
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning.
Lead and develop a small finance team.
Assist with tax planning and compliance.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor expenses.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
About You
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.Part qualified candidates will be considered.
25 years experience in management accounting or FP&A.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
