Team Leader – Anglian Water Alliance
Location: Norwich or Ipswich
Hours: 45 hours per week

As a Team Leader, you will maintain, repair, and upgrade the water network across the Anglian Water region. You will lead a dedicated team on large‑diameter repairs, installations, and small main laying programmes, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a team of one to five operatives on large‑scale water utility schemes
* Ensuring all works comply with health, safety, and environmental legislation while maintaining excellent site standards
* Communicating effectively with delivery agents, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve any issues
* Overseeing the completion of all safety reporting measures, site inspections, and required documentation
* Managing stock control and timesheets, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
Qualifications
* Full driving licence with B+E towing entitlement
* NRSWA, EUSR, SHEA accreditation, CSCS card (skilled), and SSSTS qualifications
* NPORS/CPCS operator certification and NVQ in service laying and main laying
* Experience as a team leader within the water utilities sector
* Ability to coach and manage individuals effectively, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment
