What skills and experience we're looking for We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Wraparound Care Lead to join our vibrant team at Elmley Castle First School.

Responsibilities
* Prioritise safeguarding above all else, ensuring the safety and welfare of every child.
* Lead high‑quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged3–10 years.
* Help create a fun and stimulating after‑school environment, full of engaging, practical play activities that meet children’s developmental needs.
* Lead children’s emotional wellbeing and encourage positive interactions.
* Lead a caring, inclusive, and energetic atmosphere where every child feels happy and supported.
* Assist with snack preparation, following food hygiene procedures (training can be provided).
