1. Developing and maintaining integrated, cross-programme delivery plans
2. Leading planning sessions with senior stakeholders, PMOs, and technology leads
3. Identifying and managing critical paths, interdependencies, and delivery risks
4. Supporting governance through milestone tracking and delivery dashboards
5. Assessing change impacts and contributing to change control processes
6. Embedding consistent planning standards, tools, and templates
7. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align delivery plans
8. Influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Proven experience as a Programme Planner or Master Scheduler on complex programmes (£30M+)
10. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
13. High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
14. Experience in regulated or financial services environments is desirable
15. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, service-based architecture, and data management
16. A proactive, inclusive, and solution-focused mindset
