About the Role
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Educator/Playworker to join our Holiday club team. You’ll help create engaging, creative, and stimulating experiences that support every child’s development and wellbeing. Working Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am – 6.00pm. School Holidays excluding the Christmas Break. Our setting has extensive outdoor space, so an interest or experience in Forest School, gardening, or outdoor learning would be a great advantage.

* Up to 3 Norfolk County Council training courses per year (e.g. First Aid, Step On)

What We’re Looking For
A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic team player. A passion for supporting all children to be able to participate at the setting.
* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND)
* Experience and qualifications working with children aged 3-11 (Level 3 or above)
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
Hours: 19.00 hours per week, October/February Half Terms, Easter and Summer Holidays, Tuesdays and Thursday 8am-6pm, 30 minute unpaid break.
Start Date: 17th February 2026 (induction session 2 hours w/c 9/2/25).
