Job Title: Ticketing Product Manager
Location: London (Hybrid) - All employees must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
Salary: £45,000 - £47,000
The Role:
* Manage the entire Product Life-cycle for the ticketing product
* Maintain the integrity of the ticketing product, ensuring it is bug free and is performing to the levels required
* Manage the strategic direction for the ticketing product – provide a clear path product development road-map for technologies and other stakeholders to understand and feed into
* Research and highlight trends in the ticketing landscape
* Liaise closely with the IT Application Support team to review outstanding issues to resolve major issues that are being presented
Ticketing Product Manager Requirements:
* Experience of developing and ongoing management of product life-cycles for ticketing solutions
* In depth experience of Scrum, Agile metrics and rapid product development delivery methods
* Experience of managing and prioritising a high workload and multiple complex issues and tasks in a changing environment with tight deadlines
* Experience of using MS Office and other relevant IT systems to an intermediate or advanced level.
Ticketing Product Manager Desirable's:
* Galaxy Ticketing Experience
* Working with external suppliers and partners in the Heritage sector
* To effectively present technical information in a creative manner
