About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bury. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business customers through various channels, including phone, email, and web chat. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Communicating with business customers through phone, email, and web chat.
Handling account updates, payments, and resolving customer inquiries.
Ensuring every customer feels heard, helped, and satisfied with our service.
Collaborating with other departments to maintain a smooth customer experience.
