Residential Support Worker - Therapeutic Children's Home
Salary: £14 per hours & £70 per sleep
Shifts: 48-hour shifts + occasional 24-hour shifts (rota confirmed 6 months in advance)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is desirable

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives. Deliver consistent, one-to-one therapeutic care to children aged 5-17
Support children in daily routines, education, and social activities - from appointments to UK trips and holidays abroad
Help create a nurturing environment where children feel heard and valued
Maintain accurate records in line with care plans
Be resilient through the highs and lows - and always ready to put the child first
A full UK driving licence
• Commitment to building a career in therapeutic care - with support to gain your Level 3 and onto your Level 5 Diploma and progress into management
