The Flavel Is recruiting, and we are looking for two new Dual Co-ordinator/Duty Manager roles to look after our volunteers and our building in our very friendly Arts Centre at the heart of Dartmouth.
As Maintenance Co-ordinator/Duty Manager you will be ensure the safety, maintenance and efficient operation of the building s infrastructure and equipment and when Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Centre, ensuring that audiences, artists, and visitors enjoy a safe and welcoming experience.
As a Volunteer Co-ordinator/Duty Manager you will take the lead in recruiting, supporting and retaining volunteers ensuring they feel valued and play an active role in the Centre s success and when Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Centre, ensuring that audiences, artists, and visitors enjoy a safe and welcoming experience.
Could this be you?
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the arts, leisure, hospitality, or retail sector.
Leadership and people skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Confidence in handling responsibility and making decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of health & safety and emergency procedures (training provided).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
