Job Description:We are seeking dedicated and reliable Relief/Interim School Caretakers to join our team, working across a variety of schools in Sheffield. This role offers both long and short-term placements, providing a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in different educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of school premises.
* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
* Ensure the security of the school buildings and grounds.
* Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for school events.
* Respond to any emergencies or urgent issues that arise during shifts.
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid driving licence.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
* Willingness to work split shifts.
* Flexibility to work across different schools and adapt to varying schedules.
