We're recruiting for two Sales Negotiator opportunities in Allerton across our successful Connells Group brands. £25,000 Basic Salary | Uncapped Commission | Career Progression

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping customers move home while driving business success for the branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

7. Generating and booking property valuations
8. Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
9. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
10. Progressing transactions through to exchange and completion
11. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
12. Identifying opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You'll ideally have:

13. Previous sales or customer-facing experience
14. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
15. A proactive and results-focused approach
16. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
17. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
18. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
