Job descriptionFirst Option Healthcare are looking to add to our vibrant and rapidly growing team!We are providing complex careand making a difference to so many families in the community.We are recruiting for a Trainee Care Managerto work within our Care Management Team based at our Head Office in South London (East Croydon).Benefits:Ongoing Career development£29,000 per annum23 days holiday plus an additional day for your birthdayCompetitive pension schemeExcellentsupportingnetwork.Employee assistance programContributory pensionPlus much much more!Skills required for this role:Excellent communication skillsComputer literate, able to prioritise and deliver resultsStrong organisational skills, including risk managementAble to work well under pressure & able to problem solveTeam player, able to work well within a team environmentResponsibilities:Create and maintain care rotas, ensuring all shifts are covered in allocated packages.Reallocate shifts when candidates are absent, ensuring any changes are communicated to both the client and management team.Manage client and candidate relationships by providing effective customer careAssist colleagues within the team as and when required to ensure the smooth running of their packagesMonitor staffing levels on each package and provide clients with new candidates as and when required through proactive recruitment and from an existing internal databaseProvide excellent levels of customer service, including weekly client courtesy calls, client visits and dealing with any queries or concernsBuild & maintain candidate relationshipsConduct quarterly supervisions with candidates to identify areas of concern and improvementsAssist the recruitment and compliance teams with candidate registration and ongoing compliance (right to work, DBS checks, mandatory training)Handle any non-clinical complaints/incidents by conducting investigationsWorking with the Clinical department to identify training needs for candidates.Attending monthly client visits and other professional meetings as required.Produce monthly reports for clients and the management team.Complete relevant administrative duties such as updating the CRM system.Uphold the fundamental CQC standards of care at all times.Update NHS CCG's and other health professionals monthly with the progress of packages.Qualifications:No specific qualification required; the role will consider candidates who've not worked within this environment previously.
