The Role:

* Delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in electrical studies within the construction sector.
* Assisting with curriculum development and quality improvement to meet industry standards and enhance the student experience.
* Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support.
* Utilising digital and face-to-face teaching tools (e.g., VLE) to maximize student engagement and success.
* Contributing to the academic community through scholarship, research, and professional development.
