🔧 What You'll Be Doing
No two days will look the same - expect a mix of commercial focus, customer care, and hands on delivery:
✅ Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts
✅ Building trusted, long‑lasting relationships with key decision makers
✅ Identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
✅ Preparing accurate quotes and proposals
✅ Processing orders end to end - you'll own the full journey
✅ Updating clients on new products, services, and technical developments
✅ Re‑engaging old or dormant clients
✅ Keeping CRM data spotless and pipelines on track
✅ Working closely with technical, service, and operations teams
✅ Handling queries quickly, accurately, and with a solutions‑first mindset

🔹 Experience in internal sales, account management or customer management
