The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work independently on customer sites, delivering expert service, maintenance, and fault-finding support on industrial steam boiler systems, combustion equipment, and associated controls. You'll be a key ambassador for the business, ensuring customers receive professional, reliable, and technically strong support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct planned preventative maintenance on industrial steam boilers and combustion systems
2. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on combustion equipment, electrical controls, and related systems
3. Support customers with steam applications and distribution issues
4. Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly
5. Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, corrective actions, and recommendations
