* Leading client communications and managing briefs through to delivery.
* Developing strong retailer and client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Staying informed on shopper marketing and wider industry trends to convert insights into opportunities.
* Leading cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
* Supporting team development while building leadership and upward management skills.
* Track workflow, attend internal and client meetings, and stay on top of emails and project status in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Experience & Skills
* Background in Advertising and/or Shopper Marketing is required.
* Strong client-facing skills with a history of delivering a wide range of projects simultaneously.
* Strategic thinking (judging creative work), strong communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
